Salaried Agents for Buyers and Listings division offers a Salary + Commission, Benefits and it's a Full-Time Equivalent position. We offer training, LEADS, and team support. If you are a newly licensed agent, this position will offer you the ability to join our company while receiving a base salary, allowing a revenue source while you transition into Real Estate. This model will also be available to seasoned realtors who prefer what it has to offer. Newly licensed agents will go through our training program, Slack Academy, before going into production. You will have specific goals, and tasks, and must attend every training session. If you are a seasoned agent, you must go through training as well. This is a remote and in the field position.
